It manufactured use wet pressing process which is a new type of modern technology widely use in premium packaging. The product not only with smooth and rigid surface but create cushions, protects, nesting and economizing storage and transport space. This solution forms a PLA on the surafces of molded fiber tray, which can avoid fiber dust caused by friction during vibrasion test, drop test and actural transportation process. It's biodegradable under commerical composting conditions.
